Pay What You Choose for ARSENIC AND OLD LACE!

In the interest of bringing memories to all people of Hampton Roads, Virginia Stage Company is excited to announce the return of its revitalized ‘Pay-What-You-Choose’ program for Arsenic and Old Lace.

To make our performances more accessible to everyone in our community, we will offer a Pay-What-You-Choose option for Arsenic and Old Lace. We believe that the cost of a ticket should never stand in the way of making memories with us. PWYC is at the heart of our mission to make the arts accessible to everyone.

How it Works

For this special performance, ALL seats in the Wells Theatre will be available for General Admission and seated on a first-come-first-served basis. You may pre-order your tickets in person, over the phone at 757.627.1234, or through our website by selecting the designated performance online. Tickets are available for reservation by selecting the designated performance below. Online tickets are available for $5, $10, $20, $30, and $40 only. Alternative amounts will need to be reserved over the phone or in person at the box office.

Ticket availability is limited and seating is general admission. There are no refunds or exchanges available for Pay What You Choose tickets, and the special rate cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets, in combination with other ticket offers, or to special season engagements.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much should I pay?
The choice is truly yours! Our suggested price is $5 to help support the cost of production, but your comfort and freedom to attend this program is the priority. Regular price tickets for other performances range from $25 to $60.

Can I pay more?
Absolutely! Every little bit paid during these performances goes to ensure further accessibility programs and performances for our audiences. When you support this program, you support the opportunity for all your neighbors to join you!

What if I only have a couple dollars?
You are as welcome as everyone else!

What’s the catch?
We ask people who receive PWYC tickets fill out an anonymous 3-question survey after their performance to help us learn how to keep this program most beneficial to all who need it.
